Os criminosos falsificaram tudo no e-mail, incluindo a logo da Claro e o modelo de um boleto banc\u00e1rio que a empresa utiliza.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cVoc\u00ea est\u00e1 recebendo, no arquivo em anexo, a sua conta Claro com vencimento em 10\/12\/2020. Consulte os servi\u00e7os e tarifas que fazem parte do seu pacote e todos os detalhes da sua fatura\u201d, diz o <a href=\"https:\/\/gatefy.com\/pt-br\/blog\/emails-falsos-e-perigosos\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">e-mail malicioso<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>Senso de urg\u00eancia de golpes de phishing<\/h2>\n<p>Uma das caracter\u00edsticas mais marcantes dos golpes de phishing \u00e9 o senso de urg\u00eancia. Este e-mail malicioso foi detectado no dia 8 de dezembro.<\/p>\n<p>A fatura teria que ser paga no dia 10. Ou seja, apenas 2 dias para efetuar o pagamento, ou voc\u00ea teria que arcar com juros e outras despesas.<\/p>\n<p>Neste e-mail especificamente, \u00e9 poss\u00edvel ver que a logo da Claro foi recortada de algum material e colada em cima de outra imagem sem cuidado nenhum. Este deslize de design \u00e9 outra caracter\u00edstica que pode evidenciar um golpe.<\/p>\n<p>O remetente do e-mail aparece apenas como \u201cFatura\u201d. Mas, ao clicar para ter mais detalhes sobre a mensagem, \u00e9 poss\u00edvel verificar que o endere\u00e7o \u00e9 grazi**************@ig.com.br, o que n\u00e3o tem nada a ver com a empresa Claro.<\/p>\n<p>O remetente oficial da fatura da Claro \u00e9 faturadigital@minhaclaro.com.br.<\/p>\n<h2>Claro tem p\u00e1gina de alerta a golpes e fraudes<\/h2>\n<p>A Claro tem uma p\u00e1gina que fala sobre alertas de fraudes e golpes, e a empresa disponibiliza ainda um espa\u00e7o para que os usu\u00e1rios denunciem fraudes ou suspeitos.
