Para se ter uma ideia de como \u00e9 importante falarmos sobre seguran\u00e7a de e-mail, um dado da Verizon<\/a>, de 2018, aponta que de cada dez tentativas de infec\u00e7\u00e3o utilizando malware<\/a> na web nove delas acontecem por e-mail. E qual \u00e9 um dos principais meios utilizado pelos cibercriminosos para propagar malwares e outros tipos de amea\u00e7as? Se voc\u00ea pensou em campanhas de spam, acertou.<\/p>\n

\u00c9 preciso estar atento e preparado para combater diferentes tipos de amea\u00e7as. No caso de uma empresa, uma infec\u00e7\u00e3o ou viola\u00e7\u00e3o de dados pode provocar grandes preju\u00edzos. Sem falar que receber grandes quantidades de lixo eletr\u00f4nico<\/a> acaba interferindo diretamente na produtividade do time, que perde muito tempo interagindo com mensagens in\u00fateis e at\u00e9 perigosas.<\/p>\n

E como se proteger e proteger o seu neg\u00f3cio? \u00c9 aqui que entram os filtros antispam, que fazem a primeira linha defensiva contra e-mails indesejados. Existem duas categorias principais de filtros: filtros baseados em conte\u00fado e filtros baseados em listas.<\/p>\n

Filtros antispam baseados em conte\u00fado e aspectos t\u00e9cnicos<\/h2>\n

Existe um tipo de t\u00e9cnica de filtragem e an\u00e1lise de spam que se baseia no conte\u00fado e em aspectos t\u00e9cnicos de um e-mail. Nestes casos, a intelig\u00eancia artificial e o machine learning<\/a> (aprendizado de m\u00e1quina) trabalham com regras e pol\u00edticas para escanear e checar e-mails e, em seguida, definir se as mensagens ser\u00e3o rotuladas como spam ou n\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

Em geral, muitas dessas regras e pol\u00edticas j\u00e1 est\u00e3o configuradas em um software anti-spam ou Secure Email Gateway<\/a> (SEG), mas ainda \u00e9 poss\u00edvel para os administradores da ferramentas determinar novas regras e pol\u00edticas de acordo com os interesses e as necessidades do neg\u00f3cio.<\/p>\n

Filtro de palavras<\/h3>\n

Esse tipo de filtro antispam \u00e9 um dos mais simples e mais usados. Ele analisa o conte\u00fado da mensagem em busca de termos espec\u00edficos para identificar spam. Por exemplo, voc\u00ea adiciona a palavra “sexo” e todos os e-mails que contiverem o termo “sexo” ser\u00e3o bloqueados.<\/p>\n

Um cuidado importante ao usar um filtro baseado em palavras \u00e9 escolher bem os termos. Se voc\u00ea adicionar o termo “promo\u00e7\u00e3o”, ele provavelmente bloquear\u00e1 ao mesmo tempo mensagens leg\u00edtimas e spam, gerando uma alta taxa de falsos positivos.<\/p>\n

Filtro heur\u00edstico<\/h3>\n

O uso de algoritmos e outros recursos permite que os filtros heur\u00edsticos identifiquem spam com base em pontua\u00e7\u00e3o. Neste tipo de an\u00e1lise, certas palavras e aspectos t\u00e9cnicos de uma mensagem recebem pontos. Se o e-mail atingir uma pontua\u00e7\u00e3o pr\u00e9-estabelecida como spam, a mensagem ser\u00e1 bloqueada e direcionada para a quarentena.<\/p>\n

Filtro bayesiano<\/h3>\n

O filtro bayesiano \u00e9 um tipo de an\u00e1lise heur\u00edstica que tem como objetivo aprender com o usu\u00e1rio o que \u00e9 e o que n\u00e3o \u00e9 spam. Estamos falando aqui sobre machine learning e algoritmos avan\u00e7ados para seguran\u00e7a de e-mail.<\/p>\n

Com o tempo, o filtro bayesiano se torna uma das ferramentas antispam mais eficazes, porque a pr\u00f3pria intelig\u00eancia artificial consegue distinguir o perfil de uma mensagem indesejada ou perigosa com base no “treinamento” que recebeu do usu\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n

Filtros antispam baseados em listas<\/h2>\n

Como o nome j\u00e1 indica, os filtros antispam baseados em listas funcionam basicamente com blacklists e whitelists, permitindo ou n\u00e3o que e-mails de remetentes espec\u00edficos sejam entregues.<\/p>\n

Filtro de blacklist<\/h3>\n

As blacklists s\u00e3o um dos tipos mais populares de filtragem antispam. Neste caso, listas de IPs e de endere\u00e7os de e-mail s\u00e3o usadas para bloquear mensagens de remetentes espec\u00edficos. Em outras palavras, quando um e-mail \u00e9 enviado para a empresa, o filtro verifica se o endere\u00e7o IP ou o endere\u00e7o de e-mail tem uma boa reputa\u00e7\u00e3o ou n\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

Filtro de whitelist<\/h3>\n

As whitelists s\u00e3o exatamente o oposto das blacklists. Em vez de bloquear determinados IPs e endere\u00e7os de e-mail, o filtro libera a passagem e a entrega de mensagens de remetentes espec\u00edficos. Ou seja, voc\u00ea adiciona endere\u00e7os \u00e0 lista e esses endere\u00e7os s\u00e3o identificados como confi\u00e1veis.<\/p>\n

Filtro de greylist<\/h3>\n

Por defini\u00e7\u00e3o, podemos dizer que as greylists<\/a> est\u00e3o em algum lugar entre as blacklists e as whitelists. Quando a empresa recebe um e-mail de um remetente n\u00e3o identificado, o filtro rejeita a mensagem temporariamente porque os remetentes de spam t\u00eam o h\u00e1bito de enviar seu lixo eletr\u00f4nico apenas uma vez.<\/p>\n
