O grande desafio quando se trata de prote\u00e7\u00e3o antispam \u00e9 que os spammers est\u00e3o constantemente procurando novas maneiras de espalhar o seu lixo eletr\u00f4nico<\/a>, ou junk mail. A boa not\u00edcia \u00e9 que as t\u00e9cnicas de prote\u00e7\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m evoluem, de intelig\u00eancia artificial \u00e0 an\u00e1lise baseada em regras.<\/p>\n

Como funciona o antispam<\/h2>\n

A melhor maneira de lidar com um grande volume de e-mails indesejados \u00e9 usando t\u00e9cnicas de filtragem e an\u00e1lise. \u00c9 assim que basicamente funcionam os softwares antispam. Eles usam filtros baseados em algoritmos e m\u00e9todos heur\u00edsticos para determinar o que \u00e9 spam. \u00c9 importante ressaltar que um antispam pode ser utilizado em e-mails de entrada e tamb\u00e9m de sa\u00edda.<\/p>\n

Apresentando diferentes tipos de filtragem de spam<\/h2>\n

Lista negra, ou Blacklist:\u00a0<\/strong>\u00e9 um filtro baseado em lista. Esse \u00e9 um m\u00e9todo popular no qual a organiza\u00e7\u00e3o adiciona IPs e endere\u00e7os de e-mail para bloquear mensagens de remetentes espec\u00edficos.<\/p>\n

Domain Name System-based Blackhole List (DNSBL) e Real-time Blackhole List (RBL):<\/strong>\u00a0s\u00e3o m\u00e9todos tamb\u00e9m baseados em listas nos quais terceiros mant\u00eam listas atualizadas de remetentes identificados como spammers.<\/p>\n

Lista negra de URLs, ou URL Blacklist:\u00a0<\/strong>funciona como a DNSBL e a RBL, mas para URLs maliciosas.<\/p>\n

Lista branca, ou Whitelist:\u00a0<\/strong>funciona como o oposto da Blacklist, permitindo que a sua organiza\u00e7\u00e3o especifique bons remetentes.<\/p>\n
